 Introduction

Wireless Robotic arm vehicle is a multipurpose robot which will used


for bomb disposal, Spying purpose and for military use. Bomb
disposing unit have a shortage of individuals due to life risk this
project will ensure the safety of human and is also used as front line
soldier.

a)Literature Review

1-In 1959 a pick and place robot is introduced by Planet company.


2-In 1961 Unimation Inc commercialized first industrial robot and
Intel also brought a Microprocessor technology.
3-In 1963 some historical robots model are also made by AMF.
4-Between 1968 and 1982 different scientists universities and
industries of USA, 5-France and Europe countries make various
models of robots and development in robot are continued.
6-In 1974 Cincinnati Milacron and 1978 Asla introduced different
historical modals of robot.
7-Japan have also contributed a lot by developing different sensors
to enhance the intelligence of robot. These sensors are made by
Kawasaki and Hitachi groups.

 Using Raspberry pi 3 model B+
 Video is captured by robot and can be seen on computer.
 To adjust speed at high torque servo motors are used.
 Complex operation and expensive sensors are the drawback of this
project.

 Multifunctional Robot for Military purpose


 This is designed to perform operation like motion in different
directions.
 FPS technique is used for motion detection.

 Solution Development
• Hardware and software base system
• Android application give command to robot
• Raspberry pi 3 model B+ is used which can perform multiple
operations at a time. It contain dual band wireless connectivity.
• Wifi-Module for connection
• Raspberry camera module is directly connected to Raspberry pi board.
We use latest version 1.3 which provide clear 5MP picture and 1080p
HD video.
• Motor driver L298N has high voltage dual H bridge.

 Conclusion – Impact on society

The industry is moving from current state of automation to Robotization


to increase productivity and to deliver uniform quality. One type of robot
commonly used in industry is robotic manipulator or simply a robotic
arm.
The primary advantage of using robot for bomb disposal and explosive
ordinal disposal is to reduce risk to humans. These robots are saving lives
by finding and disposing of explosive.
It is also used as front line soldier. Security is an ultimate concern in our
daily life, now a days terror attacks are increasing so we have to replace
the soldiers to robot. It will also used for spying purpose due to wireless
camera and enter in the area having high risk. This is made by wireless
technology and user will handle it easily .Input from user is transmitted
to robot through RF link where it is received through proper module.
