Implementation Plan
• Implementation of the NCMC AFCS system is proposed in two phases:

• Called System Integrators with Card hardware system and Application Integration
experience with Metro, Bus Transport backend system. Banks can advise who are their
partner integrators-Meeting with CDAC,NEC, Cubic, AGS, PayCraft, Indra Sistema done. No
one has shared prices.
• Consultancy from C-DAC for whole Project. CADC works on Nomination basis-discussion is
in process. CDAC meeting with JCTSL,JMRC MD done. CDAC Deployed NCMC specs AFCS
at two metro stations in Delhi Metro.To plan a joint visit with JMRC,JCTSL to see CDAC
Implementation at DMRC 2 nos stations.
• JMRC Immediately need new NCMC specs AFCS system as existing Vendor Samsung has
stopped supporting the ticketing system. JCTSL is under negotiation with existing L1
Vendor of the awarded tender for NCMC compatible AFCS system in same cost.
National Common Mobility Card
The National common mobility card was envisaged by the Ministry of Urban Development to provide a single card interoperable
across all the Public Transport Systems. National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has been entrusted to prepare the
standards & specifications of the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC).

Salient Features

Supports online (contact & Interoperable eWallet feature, Multi-modal applications on Can be issued by any
