 Customers have needs and requirement which needs to have establishment of
a relationship between the organization and the consumer.
 Supplying a good quality of service which help the organization to get
customers. The Key to provide good customer service:
1. Understand what a customer needs.
2. Give importance to the consumers for benefit of the organization.
3. Always deal with the customers in very polite manner.

 As a Waiter in a organisation they need to have the potential to learn some
basic which help them to communicate with people around. For Example:
Having a small talk with customers when they are not in good mood or they
are unable to decide on what to order.
 Communication Skills: A good waiter should have good communication skills it
enables you to be good and affective awhile communication people around
such as customer.
 Should pay attention awhile writing customer’s order.
 Sales Skills: are skill required to promote your company or new product
introduced in the company.
 Promote your restaurant menu and your catering business on social media,
newspaper and etc.
