Banking can be defined as the business activity of accepting and
safeguarding money owned by other individuals and entities, and then
lending out this money in order to earn a profit.

loan.
Making loan to a group of people who can help each other (rather
than to individuals)
Because the bank makes small loans to a large number of
people, which greatly diversifies the risk.
Because it has been show that poor people do repay their loans,
so microfinance can be a part of normal bank’s business.
