Real Estate is “property consisting of land and the building on it.

The business of real estate; the profession of buying ,selling or renting
land, building , or housing.
It is common practice for an intermediary to provide real estate owners
with dedicated sales and marketing support.
Agency is dealing in or with real estate on behalf of others, Investment in
real estate is generally made for either of two purposes :
(a) To derive income.
(b) To hold for resale in expectancy of an increase in value.

Future- we provide the user with drop down

selection box to select “city”, “cost range”, “BHK”
and we provide two option button for the user to
select whether he/she want to buy, sell or rent
that property
