Our Objectives
 Our aim is to train those people who are unable
to attend any professional degree or diploma
course. However, they have been a part of this
industry and serving people with their heart and
soul.
 We find a huge gap between Employers and
Employees. Whereas, organizations are having
difficulty finding suitable candidate, at the
same time, job seekers are also struggling to
grab the right opportunity.
 We at “Blackbean smart hospitality” fill this gap.
We train people as per today’s requirement
and place them accordingly.
Training and consulting

For Employers:
In-house training: we organize in-house training
for your staff.
Smart casual: A unique concept where we
provide you a trained casual staff on daily basis.
Hiring: We assist you in hiring the staff as per the
requirement.
For job seekers:
Training: We provide training at three different
level, which are basic, intermediate and advanced
level.
Smart training: we train you for specialized
restaurants where you also get paid while being
trained.
Job Support: We have one year job support with
each program.
