1) Marriage and Divorce
 Polygamy
• Muslim men are allowed to practice polygyny, that is, they
can have more than one wife at the same time, up to a total of
four
• Muslims are often promiscuous because polygamy is legal in
Islam.
• Islam Didn’t introduced polygamy.
• Unrestricted polygamy practices in most human societies
throughout the world in every human age.
• Islam regulated polygamy by restricting number of wives upto
four and establishing responsibility in this practice.
 Arranged Marriages

• Muslims are often accused for forcing their

daughters into marriage.
• But Islamic laws required that female must give
permission before they are married.
• Holy Prophet said
“Permission of virgins should be taken and their silent
is their consent”
 Divorce easy

• It is generally held that divorce in Islam is very easy

and Man has just to say three words.
• But in reality divorce is not that easy in Islam, there
are some limitations :
 Divorce can not be announced while woman is
menstruating.
 Iddah till woman is pregnant when divorce is given
during pregnancy.
Women’s right
 Abortion

• In western civilization the women are allowed to

abort their baby even against their husband or
boyfriend permission.
• But Islam says that every baby is a distinct life and it’s
a murder to abort a baby without any solid reason.
 Contraception

• The contraception method of birth control was

practiced in the era of Holy Prophet.
• But it is not favored in Islam as Prophet encouraged
large families system.
• Holy Prophet said
“Marry and plentiful, for I will be proud of your
numbers and among the various nations of the day of
judgment”
 Hijab

• The covering of woman is considered controversial in

western world and it is thought against woman right.
• But in Islam it is thought a symbol of protection and
respect.
Criminal Justice
 Murder

• In west homicide is a crime in which state must

intervened and apply punishment but this lack
uniformity.
• But Islam teaches us a lesson of equality in law.
• And Islam says there should be equal punishment
according to crime.
 Theft

• The western media always raising voice against the

“hacking of thief hands”.
• But Islam always announces great punishments in
this regard to control crime rate.

 Adultery and fornication

• An Evil Way to Fulfill the Sexual Urge
