Introduction
• Physical activity is the most important thing to improve and
maintain health-related physical fitness in terms of cardiovascular
endurance, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility.
• An accumulation of early years of life are seen as significant
contributors to coronary heart disease in later life for individuals
because of sedentary lifestyles
• Zumba is a fitness dance program created by Columbian dancer and
choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez. It combines Latin &
International
music with dance moves.
• Zumba stimulate development in health related physical fitness
components because of an aerobic and rhythmic in nature that
continuous supply of oxygen delivered to the muscles cells.
