In general, comparatives are used to compare

two elements (things, people, events, sports,).


Usually we compare with than. For example:
A motorbike is faster than a bike.

RULES
1) For adjectives that have only one syllable, we
have to add “er” after the adjective.
Examples:

This word is the opposite of more. We can use it with
all the adjectives and adverbs. For example:
Commonly, boys are less dramatic than girls.
