Authorized acts by Attorney-in-Fact:

• To negotiate, conclude, and enter into and execute a sale agreement on my behalf over the property covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 067-2019000014 issued by the Registry of Deeds for Quezon, Infanta Branch, containing an area of Thirty
Thousand (30,000) square meters, more or less, located at Barangay Gango, Municipality of Jomalig, Province of Quezon, Island of
Luzon.
• To sign documents and transact with the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Provincial/Municipal Assessor’s Office,
the Provincial/Municipal Treasurer’s Office, the Land Registration Authority, and other related government agencies or local
government instrumentalities, in relation to all acts and things necessary for the transfer of the above-mentioned title under the
name of the buyer(s).
• In connection with the foregoing authority, to make deposits, transfers and withdrawals to or from any of my bank accounts at any
bank.
• To write, make and endorse checks, drafts and other instruments in connection with my bank accounts at any bank.
• To open new checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, or other such accounts in my name and maintaining same.
• To execute signature cards for accounts maintained or opened in my name.
• To perform any and all other matters relating to, or in connection with, my bank accounts at any bank.
• To do and perform any and all other acts, deeds and things whatsoever in or about the above-described property and bank
accounts as may be required to carry out the aforementioned purposes.
