and Financial Institution.
Make File for Login – Make the complete set of documents as required for Login in
Lender’s system.
File Login - File Login to Banker after issuing in-principle term sheet along with
submission of login cheque.
PD with Promoter– Arrange PD with client and Bankers.
To Solve Queries- Guide clients in solving queries raised by Lenders in the process of
sanctioning the proposal.
Getting Final Sanction : On successfully solving of all queries, get the final sanction
letter from the lender.
Loan Document signing and mortgage Procedures: On getting the final sanction,
getting the relevant loan docs signed and get the property registered mortgaged in
favour of Lenders
Disbursement : On Completion of all documentation work, getting the proposal
disbursed.
