sandwich and Wafer Cheese Sandwich etc. new product added in

Storage of raw materials/ingredients
• Raw materials and ingredients should be stored and handled
properly to prevent spoilage, contamination and damage.
• All raw ready-to-eat vegetables should be washed thoroughly and,
as far as possible, they should be purchased from reputable
suppliers
• All sauces and fillings for the production of sandwiches must be
properly handled, especially mayonnaise or sauces containing
mayonnaise
• Keep only appropriate amount of sandwich fillings on preparation
counter. Sandwich fillings should be covered and stored at 4oC or
below.
TRANSPORATION, DISTRIBUTION OF
FINISHED PRODUCTS
• Finished products should be transported, distributed and
displayed properly at 4oC or below in order to protect them
from contamination and deterioration.
• To prevent deterioration, the distribution and sale of finished
products should be carried out in a first-in-first-out basis.
• Appropriate and adequate chillers and freezers should be
available in authorized retail outlets selling sandwiches.

as per customer choice .More product will be develop

DEMAND FORECASTING
1.In morning they receive more online orders through Zomato and
swiggy. Also they receive order on call at near by shop.
2. From afternoon onwards customer visit the shops in lunch time and
after the office and college hours.
3. Through demand forecasting it helps to reduce risk in every business
and also help to make important business decision.
4. On holidays they prepare less raw materials.

1. They are planning to open one more shop at Dadar.
