Executive Order No. 27 (2017)
• All government agencies and instrumentalities, including all local government
units (LGUs), are directed to implement the PDP and Public Investment
Program (PIP) for the period 2017-2022

• Ensure that all local development investment programs are aligned with the results
matrix of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP)
