through purposive sampling because they
have the qualities that the researcher is

This research used a

SUMMARY
The experiences of CNU and UP are
almost the same in terms of hands-on
experience.
The challenges of CNU and UP are
different.
The interns from UP and CNU has the
same strategy in terms of coping up their
problems during their internship period.
The interns from UP and CNU have
the same perspective that internship is
very important.
The interns from UP and CNU shares
one factor affecting their performance.
CONCLUSION
Based on the findings of the study, it
is concluded that the experiences of
CNU and UP interns is that they go to
different places just to gather news story
for them to have news to telecast. And
they also experience to meet
professional people that serve as
mentors, and they also involve in some
production works in the company.
CONCLUSION
The interns are from CNU
struggling in the process of news writing
and UP is struggling in balancing their
knowledge of what they have learned in
school and the other protocols in a
professional workplace. One of the
problems faced by the CNU interns is
that they are not given allowance by the
company for their internship period.
While the UP interns encounter a
problem also in the workplace wherein
they need to be more professional by
RECOMMENDATION

Based on the findings and

conclusions, it is hereby
recommended that the proposed
action in this study can be
considered for adaption and
implementation.
