May Hugot: What are you Going Through?
This activity aims to elicit from you the stressors that your family is going through right now
and how each of your family members handles these stressors. Also, through journal
writing, you may be able to bring out your emotions pertaining to these stressors and gain
positive insights from your experiences.
Instructions:
1. in your journal, list the stressors that your family is going through right now. Briefly describe
each.
2. Describe how each of your family members handles these stressors. What characteristics
are you going to copy, and what are those that you are not proud of?
3. List your insights from your experiences related with these stressors
