I did Industrial Employment practice at Matahari Lippo Plaza Ekalokasari Bogor.

The address on jl. Siliwangi No. 123 Sukasari Bogor.
I did Induatrial Employment Practice one of November 2018 until thirty one of
December 2018.
It was divided on two shift time
First shift, it is started at 8 am until 2 pm, the break times at 2 pm until 3 pm.

Second shift, is started at 11 am until 8 pm, the break times
at 3 pm until 4 pm.
Matahari Lippo Plaza is a retail business for several type of
product such as clothes, accessories, bags, shoes, cosmetics
and household appliances which provides management
consulting service.

The part We occupy is part of Industri, We did many Activity in
Industrial Employment Practice, There are

1. Briefing is the first activity out by all store amployees.

2. General cleaning is the activity of tidying up shops every morning before
opening a store.
3. Displaying product is a product arrangement according to its type aimed at
attracting customer interest.
4. Morning gymnestic is a activity carried out by all employees to move the body
for a moment before the store opening.

5. Install a poin of purchase to notify the customer that the product is
being discounted.
6. Install a price tag that function as information about the product
without opening the package.
7. Attaching the matic sensor to the item.
8. Customer service is a proccess of ensuring customer satisfaction
