• For 2019 - Pre-testing of the SGLGB Tool and the SGLGB IS
will be conducted
• Data gathering, validation and certification is moved from Q1
to Q2, 2019, to give way to the conduct of the Roll-Out
Trainings which commenced on March, 2019
• The Online Data Entry is subsequently moved from Q2 to Q3
• For this year, only Certificates of Recognition will be given by
the DILG-CO to SGLGB Passers; DILG ROs may opt to give
rewards or incentives to their regional passers
• The DCF, technical notes and asessment forms were
disseminated on April 17, 2019
