ORGANIZATION
It is where the ideas are well-developed
when there is a clear statement of
purpose, position, facts, examples,
specific details, definitions,
explanations, etc. It is achieved when
the ideas are logically and accurately
arranged.
2. SIGNAL WORDS
- the cue in ordering of events and
concepts.
3. STRUCTURE
- the complete framework of the text.
COHERENCE and COHESION
Coherence means that the sentences are
arranged in a logical manner, making them
easily understood by the readers.
IT INVOLES:
- JARGON (i.e. a form of language regarded as
barbarous, debased, or hybrid.)
- CLICHES are very predictable or unoriginal thing or
person.
- An example of ABBREVIATIONS are SKL (Share Ko
Lang) and DIY (Do It Yourself),.
- Gender Neutral (e.g. Doctor, Engineer, and
Architect)
MECHANICS
It involves spelling, punctuations and capitalization.
Spelling examples:
- make sure that you are consistently humorous - humurous
using one standard with regard to the buried - burried
spelling of your words.
Punctuations Such as:
-use punctuation based on the impact apostrophe, comma, colon
and thought you want to emphasize in and semi-colon, em dash
and en dash, and period
your text
Capitalization examples:
- consider the conventions in SINHS
capitalizing words such as pronouns Aristotle
and titles. The subjects…
Tips on how to do a well written text:
1. Have something to say. This makes
writing easier and faster.
2. Be specific. Consider two sentences.
3. Choose simple words.
4. Write short sentences.
5. Use the active voice.
6. Keep paragraphs short.
7.Eliminate fluff words.
8. Don’t be redundant or repeat yourself
There are also rubrics
(scoring guidelines) consider
in making a well-written
text that can be used to
provide consistency in
evaluating work or any kind
of activity.
Using those rubrics and tips
we can assess our own
effort and performance,
and make adjustments to
our work that may lead in
having a “well-written text”

and identify whether the
paragraph is a well written text
or not. Write “YES” if it is while
