INTRODUCTION
• Seven Seaz Vacations Pvt Ltd emerged its wings in
the year 2003 as a travel company satisfying the
needs and aspirations of tourists, making them
explore the country efficiently and conveniently.
• In 2008, we grew up to an online booking site,
Flywidus.com. With over 11 years of experience,
they are included in the list of top B2B booking
sites in Incredible India.
• It’s a Delhi based company and have branches in
Mumbai and currently having a turnover of 400cr,
they’re extending their services to Cochin and
Kolkata with in few months
Project Specific Analysis
What is a B2B portal?
A B2B travel software is designed for travel businesses that
sell online tickets and products to other businesses (mainly
travel agencies or travel agents). These portals have direct
connections with suppliers or hotel and airline companies.
These businesses sell these inventories to travel agencies or
travel agents and then travel agencies in turn sell them to
customers.

Lead generation: the action of identifying and targeting a


potential customer for a business's products or services.
Our project involves converting maximum leads (travel
agents) for the company.

Two Methods were used:-


1. COLD CALLING
2. GATE CRASHING

Flywidus provides best deals in

Gate Crashing was beneficial for us because of few reasons.


• Agents could not say hard No to listen about our services.
• When we tried calling agents, they generally gave appointments for 2-3 days later. It
was cost effective for the company personnel to target one location completely within
a day.
• We can connect emotionally to the client and talk our way into using our services.
• We could show and compare the prices easily.
