Ensuring warning signals are received or
communicated to all residents

Locating injured, trapped and stranded

Evacuation- Formulate evacuation plan and
movement control during emergency
Supplies and Relief- Establish stockroom for
supplies and maintain an inventory of
evacuees
Transportation- Support transportation needs
during operations

Responsible for training and equipping
all personnel to perform medical or first
aid services in an emergency
DANA Team- Documenting damages
or situations with the council to be
submitted to the next higher authorities
through a finalized report
