Vision:

We tried to Analyze the primary data that we obtained by
conducting interview ‘s with the Owner’s of these business and
carried out a SWOT Analysis in order to find out the Strength,
Weakness, Opportunity and Threats .

Findings:
Based on the customer feedback and & Our study we came up with
following findings & suggestions

Our study Helped us identify three Major factors due to which most of
the customers visit Azka café

*Ambiance
In our interview with the customers Of Azka Café we find out
they liked the Ambiance due to the fact that azka café was the only place
in the campus that provided them with an opportunity where they could
bring their friends & family who might be visiting them to have good
quality food in a decent Setup.
* Food Quality & Hygiene
In our findings we found out that even though the price charged
by the café were on the higher end but customers were willing to shell
out a little extra money because of the quality of food they were getting
& Hygiene Factor.

*Value added Service


Provide Free Delivery within the campus at no extra Charge.
Suggestions.
qwe suggest that Products like Ice Cream & Chocolates should be made
available to the consumers which will help in increasing the Revenue …

qCoolers Should be installed so as it would help customers feel better
in the approaching summer…
q
qPromotion is almost absent therefore more focus should be given to
promotion…
q
qMore attractive discounts should be offered to attract the consumers
as most of them are students….
q
qA Television set with cable connection would be welcomed by most of
the students who have there meals out there…
q
qIncrease in Seating Capacity should be done maybe on the outside to
cater more customers especially during peak hours.
