 On our 4th year in the Philippines with over
2000+ part time and full time active
employees.
 We promote home based work environment to
promote a good work-life balanced.
 Satellite offices is located in Manila and Iloilo.
 We pay based on output and performance.
 Promotions are also in place for those who
wants to be a checker, judger, reviewer.
What do we do
 We do mapping services and focus on the
structures and houses which are permanent
in a map/country.
 Count the number of houses and buildings
in a given area by drawing on the exact
shape of building/house rooftops.
 We have refined an iterative process to
extract HD Vector Maps at-scale,
maintaining 95% accuracy across
continents.
Terms to Remember
 Feature – A building/house/structure that is permanent.

 Raw Feature – Features in a task which is not edited.

 Raw New Feature – Feature which has been edited.

 Pushback – Repeat work by labeler which did not pass the quality of a Checker.

 Normalized Feature – Where the monetary value is computed. Approved by


reviewers.

 True Value – Monetary value of the Normalized Feature

 Motivational Fee – Bonus added to a labeler for completing huge amount of work,
referral fees and other types of bonuses.

 Final Value – Your pay.


Types of Projects
 Building Creation - Labelers will get the raw image blank and
without any label. It is the labeler’s task to label/create the features.

 Building Repair - Labelers will get the raw image with systematically
pre-labeled images. The labeler has to check and repair the labels.

 Landcover Project – An accurate understanding of every square


foot of land at-scale presents a non-trivial challenge.

 Road Centreline – Measuring the width of the road for easy


understanding of land use.

 Area Estimation – Estimate the shape of the building based on its


roof measurement.

• Average speed – 150 features per hour.

• Labelers will be provided with pre labeled features. The labelers have to
check the features and only edit those which needs repairing.
• Average speed for checking and repairing – 600 features per hour

 Landcover project

• Labeler will download a random task and has to label the area based on its
classification.
• Average speed per hour is 150 features per hour.

 Road Centreline

• Labeler will be able to download a random map and has to draw the line in
the middle/centre of the road and measure its corresponding with
• Average speed per hour is 3000 points per hour.

 Area Estimation

• Like Building repair, but quality is not that of necessary. Just draw the
building shape as you see fit.
• Average speed per hour is 1500 features per hour.
Payout
 Features and/or points accomplished
(less errors) per hour is 75 Php.

• P75 per 150 features: Up to 1500 features per week (first 10hrs worked
each week)
• P78.75 per 150 features: Between 1500-3000 features per week (between
10 and 20hrs per week)
• P82.5 per 150 features: Over 3000 features per week (over 20hrs per
week)

NC: 150 ft = 75.00


BR: 450 ft = 75.00
AE: 600 ft = 75.00
Pay-out
 All projects should be completed by the deadline and are
computed every 15th of the month.
 BPI/Palawan Accounts is used to transfer money/funds.
 Computation of salary will be based on projects as we have
several projects in line for production and you will
experience as we move/progress.
 Payout via Palawan Express is acceptable, take note that
fee will be covered by the receiver.
 A 2.5% Fee is charged as money comes from our business
partner from Canada, and another 2.5% as management
fee.
 A Pay-out of 50 Php is considered inactive and will not be
sent.
