Recommendations
 To remove communication gap the digital
boards must be implemented.
 Due to lack of Time management- work shops
should be held in organizations.
 Proper utilization of mail directly connected to
the calendar.
 Quality management should be made through
equipment.
 By using equipment wastage of raw materials
can be reduced.
Conclusion
 On the basis of textile industry we conclude by
saying that the employee strongly agree on task
completion.
 44% of employees say that they agree for on task
monotony and 60% strongly agree for system
control and flexibility.
 46% of employees said about problems in office
automation by updating them everyday.
 We the team suggested them to use digital
boards controlled by HR Prashanth, Using of
quality check equipment’s which were used in
textile industry.
