ROOF DECK
DESIGN ISSUE
1. Location of drains to be approved, Montgear will submit RFA.
2. Verify plans for the light well glass to be installed by Bradphil.
3. Location for SPF and LPF to be approved, RFA to be submitted by Montgear.
COMMERCIAL ISSUE
1. MRF for structural styro submitted last week.
2. Safety railings contractor not yet awarded.
3. Waterproofing contractor not yet awarded.
4. Pipe chase cover and zocalo contractor not yet awarded
OPERATIONS ISSUE
1. Dowels will provided by OMC for the lightwell zocalo
2. OMC to install dowels for the ACCU pads
3. Bare copper wire to pass through vacant pupe chase near the garbage chute.
4. ACCU frame fabrication to be completed by end of August
5. Provide slope at the back of the pipe chase during topping works to avoid ponding
6. Provide CO for the roof deck
7. Installation of accent roof frames will be done after application of waterproofing.

1. Risk of the elevator Shaft and Separator beams will not align to KONE’s expectations just like in Buri
2. TCX punchlist might persist if the shaft will not be coordinated well

1. Risk on unanticipated materials for the shaft preparation

1. PMT to temporarily use the elevator for construction after the installation completion
