As you all know, one of
the key factors for
plants growth is
sunlight.
But during winter, there is
no enough sunlight for
plants growth.
Then how does a plant grow
during winter?

How do we get food to eat?

Plants are grown inside houses
constructed with glasses which
is called greenhouse.

Well!! How does a greenhouse

work?
In a green house, the heat
from sun rays are trapped for
plants growth.
Though some heat escapes,
enough heat is trapped to
keep the inside warm.
Similarly, our Earth is also
inside a green house which
traps enough heat to keep
earth warm.
There are greenhouse
gases surrounding our
earth which traps the heat
from sun.
