WHAT IS DISCIPLINE?
Refers to the ability to carry out
reasonable instructions or orders
to reach appropriate standards of
behaviours

OUR RIGHTS
Upon admission it is understood that the
student abides / obeys whatever rules and
regulations the school implements and he
has to conform to other instructions and
orders issued from time to time by the
school authority
ON ATTENDANCE
School Hours: AM – 7:00-11:45
PM – 1:00-4:00
 Upon return, the student who is absent must
present an excuse letter signed by his/her parent
or guardian to the Guidance Counselor to
determine if the cause of absence is excusable or
not.
GC will issue Admission Slip.. No AS no ENTRY

ON ATTENDANCE
Admission slip will be given to the adviser. AS
given will be deposited on the Brown Envelop
required in each student
If absence is excused a student is allowed to
comply or make up for the missed classroom

SANCTIONS ON ATTENDANCE
• If the student commits at least Four absences within a
month for the first time
• call the attention of the student and write a letter to the
Adviser parent informing them of the number of absences incurred by
the student and the reasons behind each absence

• If the student commits at least Four absences in a month


for the second time
• The adviser will call the attention of the student and will refer the case to the
Guidance Guidance Counselor for Counseling. The guidance counselor will write a letter
Counselor to the parent inviting them for a conference. The counselor will give a 30
minute School service order to the offender. The counselor will supervise the
render of service.
SANCTIONS ON ATTENDANCE

• The adviser will visit the household of the student offender and will refer the case to
the Guidance Counselor. The guidance counselor will refer the case to the Prefect of
Discipline assigned in the concerned grade curriculum and will write a letter to the
Prefect of parent or call them inviting them for a conference. The Prefect in charge will issue a
Discipline warning to the student and will give a one (1) hour School service order to the
offender. The prefect will supervise the render of service.

• If the student commits at least Four absences in a month for the fourth
time
• The adviser will call the attention of the student and will refer the case to the
Guidance Counselor. The guidance counselor will refer the case to the Discipline
Discipline Committee and will write a letter to the parent or call them inviting them for a
Committee conference. The committee will attend to the case and may issue an advice to
transfer to the erring student after thorough deliberation in concurrence with the
school principal.
SANCTIONS ON TARDINESS
A student is tardy if he/she was not able to attend
the FLAG CEREMONY or is unable to attend to
his/her classes 5 minutes after the start of their
class.

A student is considered cutting a class if he/she is not attending intentionally his/her class
in a period (including not attending their 1st period classes). Staying outside her class
beyond Five (5) minutes is also considered cutting a class unless excused.

SANCTIONS ON CATEGORY II OFFENSES
• Offense committed will be reported to and
recorded by the student’s adviser and shall refer
the case to the guidance counselor. The counselor
will then call the attention of the parent/guardian
or through a letter for a conference and will be
informed about the student's misconduct or behavior
First and upon agreement, the student will be given One
Offense (1) day suspension from attending classes and a 1
hour school service to be complied within the week.
Supervision of the School Service will be done by
the Guidance Counselor. Payment of physical
damage if there’s any will be shouldered by the
offender
SANCTIONS ON CATEGORY II OFFENSES
• Offense committed will reported to and be
recorded by the student’s adviser and shall refer
the case to the guidance counselor. The guidance
counselor then will refer the case to the Prefect of
Discipline. The Prefect of Discipline will then call
the attention of the parent/guardian or through a
Second letter for a conference and will be informed
about the student's misconduct or behavior and
Offense upon agreement the student will be given a 2
hour school service supervised by the Guidance
Counselor to be complied within the week. A
Three (3) days suspension from attending classes
will also be given.

the guidance counselor. The guidance
counselor will then refer the case to the
Prefect of Discipline and will be the one to
Fifth recommend it to the School’s Discipline
Committee for action. The discipline
Offense committee will hear the case and may
decide to order the student who commit the
offense to transfer to other school upon
approval of the school principal.
