 The matter regarding expeditious implementation was taken
up with Factory ITC Section vide this office letter no.
AO/OFV/Gen/Corr dated 19.07.2019 asking for providing Data
in CSV/Text format for further follow-up action from Accounts
Side, which however has not materialised till date.
 Factory has informed that, pending installation of a new
Server(WEB), it is not possible for them to implement the
packages and have requested for a further three months time,
and the apprehension from Fy side was that the running PPC
server can’t be put to risk.
 Matter was brought to the knowledge of the CFA on tour, on
01/08/2019, through a letter given by the Fy side vide no.
2301/ITC/LAO/COMMON DATABASE Dated 30.07.2019

Probable date of Completion

 Concerning Inventory package, PSL PPC data valuation
being in progress, and owing to the availability all other data
files as regards to Wages package, once the structured data is
made available from Factory side, Accounts Portion can be
brought to fruition within 10 working days.
