How to… View your bank details

Log on to Self Service as normal (see “03 Registering on Payroll v1.0”).

Your ePayslip will open in PDF format in Adobe Acrobat. Your PC will require
Adobe Acrobat 7.0.1 or later for the ePayslip to display effectively.

How to… View, print and save your ePayslip

You will now be able to:


• View your ePayslip details, and the close it by clicking on the ‘x’ in the top
right hand corner in Adobe Acrobat
• Print your ePayslip by clicking the print button in Adobe Acrobat. Please
ensure that you print your ePayslip using a printer that nobody else has
access to. Others will be able to view all of your payslip details if left on a
shared printer.
• Save your ePayslip onto your laptop or PC by clicking on the save button in
Adobe Acrobat.

When doing this you will be presented with the following prompt:

To complete the action and save your ePayslip, click on ‘Save a Blank Copy’.

You will now be prompted to choose the location on your laptop or PC


where you would like to save your ePayslip.

When making this choice please always choose a driver or folder that is local
to your laptop or PC, if it is a public or shared area other people would be
able to access your ePayslip.
