FINDING OF THE STUDY

• According to the survey it is found that the maximum no of

staffs are female and the 50 % of the employees having 10 to
15 years of experience.

• They have rated their effectiveness of the interviewing process

and other selection instruments where 15 respondents said the
process of recruitment is adequate and 4 respondents said the
process of recruitment is poor and 11 respondents said the
process is excellent.

• All the technological changes and demands continue to have a

big impact on the healthcare industry.
Limitation
• The healthcare is a very bust industry so that it is hard to
manage the employees during the survey. Its very difficult to
catch them because the hospital is a tertiary healthcare.
• They provided the enough information and its difficult to
collect the information from MIS, they provided the general
information.
• Less respondents has been chosen because its a hospital and
covered with patients and the employees are used to be busy
most of the time.
Conclusion
• The basic purpose of the selection process is to choose right
type of candidates to man various positions in the
organization. In order to achieve this purpose, a well organized
selection procedure involves many steps, unsuitable candidate
are rejected.
• Both recruitment and selection are the two type phases of the
employment process. The organization itself is responsible for
their recruitment process as they very much prefer the internal
recruitment then external one because external needs more
time to adjust with the organization
