Types of industrial flooring:

1.Vacuum dewatered concrete flooring 2.Infloor Particle Flooring

VDF is a process by which excess water is
removed in a controlled fashion by applying
vacuum & the concrete is then power-
trowelled to obtain a smooth and dense
concrete.
Once, the base concrete floor is laid, an
additional 50 to 75 mm concrete topping
(out of which the top 12mm inter-mixed with
iron particles of specific particle-size) is
poured over the base-concrete and leveled
manually.

& Floor resufacers ( Wet on wet)

Once, the base concrete floor is laid ,

dry-shake floor hardeners
/ liquid hardeners are spread over
the new green concrete immediately.

PVC sheet removal for entire area

Phase – 2:

1. Do the flooring work with the selected option for 1 Sq.mt.

2. Validate the compressive strength after 10 days for confirmation &

proceeding further.
