On  May  13,  2019  at  about  5:00  PM,  SPO2  Jennifer  Calimag  and  PO2  Vicente 
Lacambra  Augment  duty  TCPS  personnel  while  providing  security  at  Aparri  School  of  Arts  and 
Trades  Precinct  No.  5,  Brgy.  Maura,  Aparri,  Cagayan,  10  armed  men  surprised  them  wearing 
commo green uniforms rushed up and get inside the said precinct and carted away  one (1) PCOS 
Machine in the said precinct. 

The group believed to be members of CTs led by unknown leader. The incident is reported 
by Brgy. Captain Larry A. Chan Sr. to this Police Station through cellphone call. Immediately, eight 
(8) PNP personnel of this Police led by PLT ROLANDO JACOBE, DCOP responded in the area.

The fleeing armed group withdrawn towards Dodan-Paddaya heading to the Municipality 
of Buguey, Cagayan on board by land a close van.
 
Immediately,  the  Chief  of  Police  informed  PTOC  regarding  the  incident  and  thereafter 
coordinated  to  Maritime  Group,  Philippine  Coast  Guard  and  the  three  (3)  adjacent  Municipal 
Police  Stations  regarding  the  incident  and  advised  them  to  conduct  simultaneous  High  Risk 
Checkpoint for the possible apprehension of the group.
