The Impact of Inflation to the

Family of Senior High School


Students in Gen. Ricardo G.
Papa Sr. Memorial High School
INTRODUCTION

- Philippines belong to the third world or classified as


one of the developing countries in the world. As of
2018, the population calculated approximately 106
million of people and still rising and over the
increasing numbers; most of them are in low-class or
the poor ones.
- Our homeland, Philippines, is now experiencing
inflation that affects the life of every individual. The
impact of inflation to the family of Senior High School
students in Gen. Ricardo Papa Sr. Memorial High
School is to be found out to give recommendation.
RATIONALE

This study aims to further understand the effects


of inflation to the family of Gen. Ricardo G. Papa Sr.
Memorial High School Students.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study intends to answer the following question:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of


the following:
a. Age
b. Gender
c. Socio-Economic Status
d. Number of Family Members

2. What is the impact of inflation to the family of the


students?
3. What are the things that have been limited when
the price of the goods rises?

4. What do the students do to help his/her family


while experiencing the impact of inflation?

5. What are the strategies do the family do to meet


the basic needs of the family?
METHODOLOGY

Tools and Instrumentation


This study made use of qualitative research
method.

Respondents
The total number of individual who participated in
this study are 200 students.

Data Collection procedure


The research study was guided using instrument
that the researchers made.

CONCLUSION
The researchers gathered appropriate data from
200 respondents, all coming from Gen. Ricardo G.
Papa Sr. Memorial High School Senior High School.
A number of 156 (78%) of the respondents claimed
they were affected by the impact of inflation.

RECOMMENDATION
The researchers strongly recommended that
making the parents as the respondents will help to
become more conclusive typically when it comes to
this kind of study.
