What is an Executive Agenda (EA)?

Articulates the government program of the executive department of a

province, city or municipality in a given period
What is an Legislative Agenda (LA)?

A package of priority policies and legislative measures designed to

support local development priorities, particularly those contained in
the EA
What is an Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA)?

A unifying document corresponding to the term of local elective

officials that is mutually developed and agreed upon by both the
executive and legislative departments of an LGU

A tool that is used to implement the priority agenda of both the

executive and the legislative departments based on the CDP and
national priorities and thrusts
