● The application process to become a director has three
steps and the following deadlines:

● The general application (September 18th at 1:00 PM)


● The director-specific application (September 18th at
11:59 p.m.)
● The interview (September 19th-September 22nd)

Volunteering Director
● Coordination with nonprofits
○ Help me schedule and communicate with
nonprofits
● Work with other branches to promote the
philanthropic side of TAMM
○ Work with financial branch to get donors
○ Work with marketing on TAMM’s social media
Administrative Director
● Big projects
○ Primary objective is to create the TAMM book
○ Working with me to plan the big TAMM charity
event
Food Sciences Director
● Workshops
○ Planning and coordinating educational events or
lessons
■ Slides, classes, videos, and demonstrations
○ Food lab
■ Cookie experiments

Marketing Director
Stay involved in all the events happening in TAMM!

Promotion and Communication:

mesmerizing photos of our creations and events
● [Website] Help DESIGN and update our website
● [Social Media] Update events on Facebook and make
instagram posts

Organization:

● Coordinate with other officers/directors to keep our


event promotion up-to-date

Funding Director
Lead by driving revenue and securing cash flow

Opportunities:

● Meet potential donors and corporate sponsors


● Create fundraising opportunities
● Work with Budget director to maintain consistent events
Budget Director
Analyze and distribute TAMM’s $$$ to help our mission

Opportunities:

● Ensure TAMM’s growth by apportioning money to


membership, mission, and philanthropy events
● Work me to plan forward-looking org strategy
[ Executive ]
Executive Assistant
● 2+ positions available
● Cooking equipment
○ Coordinate with all branches for supplies needed to have a successful event
○ Keep an inventory on current supplies
○ Be the voice of the members who want to bring more to TAMM
○ Be responsible and a team player
● Tabling fundraisers
○ Plan a successful tabling event, from planning and prepping food to sell to
the day of sale event
○ Ideally you’ll plan one major fundraiser each semester under exec, and
possibly other smaller one within the other branches
○ Be creative, organized, and a leader
● Depending on your interests, you can get as involved as you’d like with each
of the other branches
○ Examples: lead Board of Director meetings, be the emcees for EOY
Banquet, create a workshop, etc.
