PROBLEMS:
A. Huge amount of plastic bottles
 By 2025, the world’s ocean will contain nearly 250 million metric tons of
plastic.
Philippines- generates 2.7 million metric tons of plastic waste leakage each
year.
• Metro Manila- 12 million people (2018 survey)
- More than 8,600 tons of waste per day are generated.
• Unilever, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, and PT Torabika
Eka Semesta- biggest sources of plastic wastes.
