ABSTRACT/PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Attendance system is one most latest system that being
used in a class. By using this device a school authorities
especially teacher can monitor students attendance and its
performance is classroom. This smart system has an
advantages for not using paper and use smartphone
technology like GSM with notification to alert user to
monitor attendance of the students.
METHODOLOGY
COMMERCIALIZATION / MARKETABILITY
• Since this equipment can be benefits to low and medium
cost to school authorities
• The use of today's attendance devices has been
increasing rapidly with the use of sophisticated
technology to help users easily to control the system.
• In future, hopefully this devices can be apply and
accepted for all schools in Malaysia .

OBJECTIVES
Attendance system is designed:
• To design a hardware that will help user to explore about
microprocessor.
• To build a device with semi auto and manual mode of
operation to bring high value in both practical and
theoretically.
• To bring a new approach in the way of teaching when
teacher can use attendance system to monitor student
attendance use RFID tag and data will be send
notification (SMS) while keep record to databases(excel
record).
ORIGINALITY &NOVELTY
At present Attendance System PJ designed purposely to
bring a new level in teaching and learning :
• The project about monitoring students performance in
the classroom as well as in their studies, by
implementing the RFID tag and internet of thing (IoT)
then monitoring use notification (SMS) cloud platform.
• The monitoring can be done through the system or wait
for notification that sent from the system and keep data
into excel record.
• By using the Attendance System, it can also apply for
many places such as based on the number of hours
registered at the office.
