Online Lost & Found Management System

1-Introduction
The lost and found system of Airport.
 It will monitor the user’s session,
 Create account ,
 Report lost items from user,
 Upload found items from admin and send email if both information
matched.
 Client will login the PC with login credentials.
 In this session, the user will view status of his/her property found info.
 This information will be displayed at server side for administrator
information.
 The admin module will have the dashboard showing status of uploaded
found items details matched details . customer management and
feedback from user. it also display the previous delivered items that
have delivered in the past.
2-Scope
 This project is very important because it find the
lost property online and people can go only to take
their found property. In this way, It can save time
and cost. This system is responsive and can be run
on mobile easily. It will help in session
management of multiple users on different PCs at
a time.
Types Of User’s And Their Authorizes

In This Website there are three Types of users:

1. Un Registered
2. Registered
3. Admin

 Sign in(Secure)

 Upload his/her lost item report (item type, name, color, room where lost,
category etc)

 Check his/her report status( sent , matched, delivered)

Admin Side

 Login with his/her user and password

 Upload found items from airport (item type, name, color, room where lost,
category etc
 Check new lost items report from registered user
 System automatically display if lost items upload from user and admin found
items upload from admin matched .
 Admin contact to user with email or contact number and make delivery.
 Admin manage registered user
 Admin can check all previous delivered items history
 Admin can view feed back from users
