 Problem Identification and Cause

* Problems were identified on the basis of age group and sessions were
conducted for the same.
* Students in the age group 16 to 18 years required guidance about
career options.
* Students in the age group 12 to 16 years were not confident enough to
speak in English.
* Students in the age group 7 to 11 years were not that much aware
about the latest scientific discoveries in the world and were not having
enough knowledge about computer science world.

 ￮ Objective to be Achieved

“
* Sessions were planned according to a particular age group.

* Age group between 16 to 18 years were given career guiding

sessions and were told about Competitive exams.

* Age group between 12 to 16 years were given sessions on the

introduction of basic level of how to speak in English.

* Age group between 7 to 11 years were given sessions about latest

scientific invention and knowledge on computer technology.

 ￮ Steps taken to achieve the object

* Day 1:- Day 1 was all about the introduction of students and I told

them what exactly these sessions are about. What gain they will have
after these sessions is somethings they can’t even imagine.

* Day 2:- Basic English lessons were given on Day 2 and this session
was common for all as English has become an important part of our
life.

* Day 3:- This session was focused on how to wish someone and
how to talk to a person in English. The idea was to get rid of their
fears.

* Day 4:- All the students were told to prepare their self introduction

and present it in front of the whole class to get rid of their fear of
English.

* Day 5:- Day 5 was mainly for the age group between 16 to 18
years. All the students were in secondary classes so they were told
about different career options which they can pursue.

* Day 6:- A detailed analysis was given to all the students about
different courses we have once we get out of school.

 * Day 7:- This day was planned for students of class 10th on how to
effectively manage your time between studies and extra co-curricular
activities.

* Day 8:- Day 8 was planned for student between age group 7 to 11
years in which they were told about latest computer technology and
briefly about Chandrayaan 2 mission.

* Day 9:- This day was planned for the students to give them
knowledge about latest computer tech like machine learning and how
it has helped us to make our life easy.

* Day 10:- On this day students showcased their talent. I wish them
all the best or the future.

 ￮ Effectiveness of the project

* At the end of the project all students were looking less worried as

not all but many of their doubts were cleared.

* The senior most group now knew exactly what are the fields in
which they can pursue their careers.

* The age group between 12 to 16 were looking confident as far as

their fear of English was concerned.

* The junior most group was quite fascinated as they came to know
about different scientific things and technology.
