Ans:Perception: Perception is concerned with
identifying the process through which we
interpert and organize sensory information
to produce our concious of object and object

Emotional intelligence: The capacity to be

emotions,and to handle interpersonal
relationships,judiciously and empatheticaly.
Emotional intelligence is key to
bothpersonal and professional success.
Understanding and developing your emotional
intelligence can have a positive effect on
both your career as well as your personal
relationships. But if you will not manage this

use of it. It will destroy your personal and
professional life.

be managed?
Ans: The word time means different
things to different people, as
situation and task change. The
time is usualy a thing which goes
and never comes back. Good time
management allows you to
accomplish more in a shorter
period of time,which leads to more

advantage of learning
opportunities,lower your stress,
and helps you to focus, which
leads to more career success. Each
benefit of time management
improves aspect of your life.

Ans: I am a student. Hence my daily life
follows a very simple routine. It is more
or less the same except on Sunday. I get
up at 8 o’clock in the morning. After
doing morning duties I take bath. Then I
have my breakfast. Then I left home early
for the institute where I study because it
takes me 2 hour to reach there. After
class I talk with my friends spends some
time with them and I return home. I do
my lunch and do some physical exercise
at home. Then I help my mom in some
household activities and she makes
dinner at that time I used to study and
then we have dinner and I go to sleep
early at 9 as I have to wakeup at 8 in the
morning

challenge faced by students is in
terms academics. When it comes

Ans:When a person knows ones own personality
and is willing to share ideas,
thoughts,feelings and values with others, that
person is called an open self personality. In

self personality to work succesfully. He
should be very clear to thers. He should share
what he know with confident. He should
know himself better than others know about
him. He should make concious and
constructive interpersonal relations.
To develop open self personality one’s must
develop these activities in them like-know
yourself, decide your objective, say hello first,
help others, be on time, be pro-active all the
time, smile a lot, keep small successes on
going.

Ans:Motivation can either be external(extrinsic)

External motivation:It means that the individual’s

In other words, our desires to perform a task are
controlled by an outside source. Note that even
though the stimuli are coming from out side,
the result of performing the task will still be
rewarding for the individual performing the
task. This is the driving force that triggers you
in achieving your goal.
Examples: money,prize,and a simple smile and
encouragement.
Internal motivation:It means that the individual’s
motivational stimuli are coming from within.
The individual has a desire to perform a specific
task, because its results are in accordance with
his beleifs system or fulfills a desire and
therefore importanceis attached to it. The force
that leads you to achieve a goal because of
personal satisfaction or desire.
Examples:putting up your own buisness,
participating in a competition.

Ans:1MY MOM:She always cares for me
every moment every need without having
any personal intention. She is the one
who spends her sleepless nights during
my sickness and other bad days. She is
the only one who supports me the most
whatever the situation is.
2MY SISTER:My sister is a person with a big
heart. She has been there with me during
all the highs and lows of my childhood
and maybe even into adulthood as a
confidant and friend. She is truely a
genuine sweet girl.
3MY BESTFRIEND:I share a very close and
special bond with my bestfriend. My
bestfriend is the person with whom I can
share so much about what is happening
in my life. When I am happy it is my best
friend with whom I want to share my
happiness and when there is sorrow or
trouble I am facing in my life it is my
bestfriend who comes forward to help me
and supports me.

Ans:Tips to improve time managements are:
1MAKE A LIST:The thing about making lists is that you actually have to
use it. You may want to set reminders on your phone and computers.
Lists really do work if you use it.
2SET DEADLINES:Again, there is no point in setting deadlines if you
make executive decisions to always push them back. Set a deadline and
try your best to stick to it.
3STAY ON TRACK WITH YOUR GOALS:To create a time management
goals is good, but it is also important to see that you don’t give up
easily when you are faced with challenges.
4DELAGATES RESPONSIBILITIES:Deligation is not a sign of
weakness,but a sign of intelligence. Find competent, reliable people
and shares some of the responsibilities.
5REWARD YOURSELF:When you accomplish something, celebrate it!

Ans:The Ego states are an important aspect of
transactional analysis that talks about how a
person feels,behave or think at any point of
time.
PARENT EGO STATE:The parent ego, refers to the
behavior and attitude of an emotionally
significant individual who acted with quite a
maturity when he was a child. He posseses the
parental traits of being overprotective.
ADULT EGO STATE:The adult ego shows the
logical thinking and reasoning ability of an
individual.
CHILD EGO STATE:The child ego, refers to the
state of individual when he behaves illogically
and takes quick actions to satisfy the
immediate needs without thinking much
about its consequences.
Most often I operate adult and child ego state.
