领导就是走在群众的前面，或是与群众
走在一起，为了指挥和引导他们的路程。
Leadership is to stand before the crowd or to
walk together with them in order to give
instructions and to lead their way.

在于全心全意为
人民服务。」
The ultimate purpose
and meaning of a
man’s life is to serve
mankind whole
heartedly.

「外邦人有尊为君王的，
治理他们，有大臣操权管束他们。」
You know that those who are regarded
as rulers of the Gentiles Lords it over them,
and their high officials exercise authority
over them.

Whoever wants to become great among
you must be your servant, and whoever
wants to be first must be slave of all.
「领导的基础不是权力，而是权威，
权威是建立在爱、服务和牺牲的基础上。」
The foundation of leadership is not power but
authority, Authority is established upon love,
serving and sacrificing.
