 Political , because it takes about laws and policies in the

Philippines.

 It affects the economy in the Philippines both fiscal and

monetary.
Fiscal policy can affect the demands through changes in
government spending and taxation.
Monetary policy impacts the money supply in the economy
which influences interest rate and the inflation rate.
2. Institude progressive tax reform
and more effective tax collection
indexing taxes to inflation.

 Economical, because it talks about our economic environment by

studying the macro economy like taxes as well as inflation rate.

 (BIR) bureau of Internal Revenue ,ought to collect as much of what is

due the Government as our Tax laws provide.
 3. Increase competitiveness and
the ease of doing business.
 Economical, because to attract business local cities and pursue the
relaxation of constitutional restrictions on foreign ownership.

 BIR because they are the one’s who is regulating and collecting the
taxes of the business.
4. Accelerate annual infrastructure
spending to account for 5% og GDP with
public private partnership playing a key
role.
 Economical, the specific infrastructure projects to be pursued by the
Duterte administration includes small, medium, large scale projects
that will be done in all regions.

 DPWH the are the one who is working for the infrustructure projects
and they are the one providing the workers.
5. Promote rural and value chain
development toward increasing
agricultural and rural enterprises
productivity and rural tourism.
 Political, social and economical this concerns to the
infrastructure, social and political organization, knowledge
exchange, promotion of innovation, and recreational and
environmental uses of rural areas.

 DENR because if they promote this rural development, the trees

somehow affect just for the improvement of such particular
places where in just to improve rural tourism.
6. Ensure security of land tenure to
encourage investment and address
bottlenecks in land management and
titling agencies.

 Economical, when land tenure and properly rights are secure,

individuals can make investments, secure credit, sell land and make
longer term decisions about agricultural produces.

 DENR is primarily affected because of the Declaration and support

and commitment signifies unity with DENR in pursuing the
implementation of law administration and management reforms
across all agencies and sectors.
7. Invest in human capital development
including health and education system and
match skills and training to meet the
demand of business and the private sector.

 ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL: It affects economic growth and

employment which help among people to develop and enhance
their capability on understanding on the education they’re under
regarding on the demand of the business or private sectors should
be. That connect to employment to let them match their skills and
training to their jobs.
 DOLE,DepEd,DOJ,DOH: it helps this departments because
everyone will have the opportunity and optimizing the
development abd utilization of our countrys man power resources.
8. Promote science technology and the
creative arts to enhance innovation and
creative capacity towards self sustaining
inclusive development.
 Technological, it supports the technological component of PEST.
Because it mainly focuses on the development of the overall
Technology and creativity of our country to ensure technological
development and innovation in the future.

 DOST, they are the one who is promoting and creating science
researches.
9. Improve social protection programs
including the government’s conditional
cash transfer program to protect the
poor against instability and economic
shocks.

 SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC: It gives financial support from the local

government to the poor people who meet the required to help
them become stable in their financial status. And to sustain their
daily needs.
 4P’s: Because they are the one’s who support the poor people and
gives financial support to help the poor family to sustain their daily
needs.
10. Streghten inplementation responsible
parenthood and reproductive health law to
enable specially poor couples to made
information choices on financial and family
planning

 Social, because it is about helping the people to be more aware

about being a responsible parents by giving them more knowledge
about family planning and to help them manage their financial
needs.

 DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) Because

they are helping the people to be more knowledgeable about how
to manage the money.
