Definisi Pembuatan/Definition of Making
Making is an activity of creating / processing something.
This activity aims to create something in several ways or steps
that are in accordance with the object to be made
Definisi Desain/Definition of Design
Ordinary design is translated as applied art, architecture,
and various other creative achievements.
Definisi Kartu/Definition of Card
A card is a small thin flat object, generally made of thick
paper or plastic. The card can also refer to:

• Business cards, a wallet-sized card that lists someone's contact

information
• Credit cards, a plastic card for ordering goods / services on
credit
Definisi Ujian/Definition of Exams

Exams are a limited way to measure one's abilities.

Examination is intended to measure the knowledge of a person
or student.
 DISCUSSION

1. Make an Exam Card Design

The first step we need to do is to design an exam card. In
making exam card designs in Microsoft Word if you want
Mailings - Mail Merge to work, then you can't use shapes.
2. Making Input Test Participants Data
The second step is to make the participant data input form
which will be included in the table column in the participant
card design in Microsoft Word.
 Entering the Data Form into the Test Card
The final step is to enter the Participant Data form (Excel) into the
Participant Card design (Word). This is where the most important step
needs to be taken so that Mailings - Mail Merge can function properly and
correctly. Following are the steps to enter the data form into the test card:
• Open the participant card design that was created in Microsoft Word.
• Then select the menu tab mailings → select recipients → use exisying list
• Lalu cari file form input data peserta kemudian pilih worksheet ya.
Apakah data peserta dibuat di sheet1, sheet2, atau sheet3, dst. Jika sudah
klik OK
• Masih tetap di tab menu maillings. Sekarang pilih Insert Merge Field
untuk memasukkan form data peserta pada masing-masing kolom di
desain kartu ujian.
• In
the last column, please add Next Record. The trick is to select Rule →
Next Record.
• Finished. To make sure it can be seen through the picture on this. If the
results are exactly the same as the image below, then they are correct and
the test card is ready to print
• Now,
to automatically print the method, select Finish & Merge → Print
Document → All.
