Critically review a specific organisational change and outline the lessons
this demonstrates about the successful management of organisational change within organisations 1. Remember to discuss an organisational CHANGE from the perspective of people issues (i.e. using relevant theories and approaches like those in study units 6 to 12 and core text and see FAQ questions 1,2,5,6 & 7) 2. The change can be a successful or unsuccessful. Make relevant points & discuss - WHY these are the critical issues / successful actions/ missing actions/ concerns / etc… 3. Use a wide range of relevant theories and approaches to support your points 4. Answer the SECOND part of the question – the management of change lessons (see FAQ questions 3, 4 & 8) 5. Briefly state your final/overall conclusion in your introduction 6.
