but is not fully operational in terms of trading due to reasonssuch as
unavailability of initial capital, ongoing procurement of equipment , no

Completed for Launching – the trading post is fully 100% constructed but
is yet to start its operation due to the necessary preparation before full
operations. Launching of the OTP should be scheduled one month utmost
after the completion of the construction f the facility as per Sec VII of the
Memorandum Circular # 2 Series of 2012” Guidelines for the
