PRIVATE EMPLOYEES PENSION SCHEME
 Private Employees Pension Scheme is one of the
recommendations of the Social Security Organisation
(Socso).
 This scheme is similar to the same public employee
pension scheme
 Its function are to secure private sector workers in
their future at the end of their service in an
organization or company.
 Moreover this scheme is a scheme of special assistance
to help those who stopped working due to a defect with
the given of assistance or allowances as a contribution.
 there are research that represent the life expectancy of
the Malaysian state is rising, which causing many older
persons who entered the category of extreme poor after
spending time savings for long before them in the
Employees Provident Fund (EPF)
 EPF contributions made by some private sector workers
can not sustain life after service, especially to the
common or middle-income workers.
 the ever-changing socio-economic causes the older
workers can not accommodate their life finance .
Example: life finance, medicine, etc.
 In addition, this scheme not just only increase job
satisfaction among private sector workers but also help
to reduce the problem of poverty in our country.

 A program which is realized by the Ministry of
Women, Family and Society Administration and by
several of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in several
Private Sector.
 Its role is to create an infrastructure facilities which is

workers, such as the establishment of care centers and
child care (TASKA), give leave to the husband when
his wife gave birth, create a more flexible working
hours, prayer rooms facilities, work from home
opportunities for women, disabled and senior citizens.
 This program provides some flexibility and freedom to
the workers, especially on the issue of uniforms.
 These facilities can provided sense of families to the
workers in office or out-station duties.
 There are a number of organizations have adopted the
program as example Allegiance Healthcare Sdn. Ltd,
F&N Coca Cola (M) Sdn. Ltd, Ansell Malaysia Sdn,
Astronautic Techology (M) Sdn.Ltd, Fujitsu (Malaysia)
Sdn. Ltd and others.
PROGRAM SISTEM LATIHAN DUAL NASIONAL
(SLDN).
 A program under the Ministry of Human Resources to
provide apprenticeship schemes to employees especially in
the industrial sector.
 SLDN is a training concept which involves training in two
places which is at the company or organization and the
training center that be provided by company.
 Training which is conducted in the workplace known as "On
the job" while the training program conducted at training
centers authorized by the government known as "off the
job.a
 These courses can improve skills and create an additional
mechanism for the promotion.
 Promotion also consists factor that can increase employee
satisfaction at work.
SEFT COURSE (EMATIONAL SPIRITUAL FREEDOM
TECHNIQUE)
