 1. Confidence

• Smile, smile is contagious and it shows that you are friendly

• Eye Contact, it means you build trust and you appreciate people
who listen to you
• Enthusiasm, it brings energy to the room

Communication is a skill that you can learn, it is like

riding a bicycle or typing, Brian Tracy.
 2. Vocal
• Voice modulations (clear articulation, tone of voice)
• Pace (speak not too fast and not too slowly)
• Speak with natural voice

 3. Body Language
Body language is a part of non-verbal communication, it is the combination of
movements, gestures and postures.
• Open hand and use the space around you
• Neutral posture, stand up properly
• Facial Expressions, should be in line with the story.
The way you look says a lot about how you feel and about the message you
deliver.
 4. Passion & Honesty
• Speak from the heart; without it your speech will be meaningless
• Care about the topic; if you do not care about the message, no one will care
either

• Prepare topic and collect material you may need for the day
• Do the rehearsals, you will learn from mistakes
