Phases: Movement 1
Movement 2
Supply
Tech
• Economy
– Modular Production: Once per game you may move a supply center you control to an
adjacent planet you control
– Automated Colonization: Once per game you may capture a planet after occupying it for
only the first movement phase
– Distributed Production: Forces may be produced at any supply center you control
• Logistics
– Advanced Hydroponics: Once per game, you may retain a force that you would normal
have to destroy due to lack of supply centers
– Advanced FTL: You may make one move during the supply phase (cannot result in
conflict)
– Terraforming: You no longer have to destroy forces that you do not have enough
resources to support
• Military
– Reserve Forces: Once per game you may win a tied battle
– Covered Retreat: Your forces may retreat to a supply center you control
– Integrated Forces: Armies count for 0.5 fleets in naval engagements.
Broctopi
• You start the game with one free Technology.
This technology is permanent and not placed
on a planet
Skowe
• Once per game, you may win a tied battle
(does stack with Reserve Forces)
Uvcarians
• Once per game, you may transform an army
into a fleet, or a fleet into an army. This may
happen at any time.
Carls
• Once per game you may capture an unoccupied
planet using only a fleet
Humans
• You start the game with a commander unit instead of
an army. If you have less than 2 commanders
deployed, commanders cost 1 to construct
Niela
• Once per game, you may look at another
player’s orders after they have been turned in.
You may then alter your orders.
Entelvarian
• Once per game you may add one additional
resource point to your total during the supply
phase
• Random Rules: Fleets and armies bounce
when simultaneously moving into the same
space. Armies cannot move through fleets.
Fleets can move into orbit around a planet
where an enemy army is located
• Retreat toward where an army could move
normally
