What is a Typeface?

 Also called as ‘font’ which signifies the style of a text in


digital structure and is composed of alphabets,
numbers, punctuation marks and symbols.

- used in formal presentation
- more readable in big texts such as body of
textbooks, magazines, newspapers and scientififc
publications

- used in road signage, directory in a building, food
packages , nutritional facts and webpage creations
- Examples are:
