Rationale
or
Background
PROBLEMS

8
 The holding capacity of LNHS Gymnasium is
not enough to accommodate the recent
population of enrolled students.
 Students don’t want to sit on the ground
during a program or an activity and they don’t
feel comfortable being exposed to the sun
especially if some activities are held during
daytime.
9
 because of the limited space of the gymnasium
instead of listening students go to the canteen
or even stay in their classrooms.
 time activities are cancelled due to bad
weather conditions.

10
SIGNIFICANCE
11
 The project could be a bridge to connect social
relationship among students.
 The school will be able to successfully
perform activities without any existence of
different barriers
 Other school functions such as musical, drama
plays, PTA Meetings, forums and orientation
will be managed auspiciously
12
 With an auditorium, we will have a secure
place to host events without the hassle of
weather disturbances because it is fully
covered.
 With an auditorium, electrical shortages are
not a problem because it has an energy
reserve.

Project timeline: As soon as the project is
approved by various heads and the
principal, and has been given specific fund
by the funding agencies, it will be due
around eleven months.

16
During the project’s construction, the construction area
will be enclosed by blue tarpaulins to indicate that the
place is under construction to ensure the safety of
students and workers. It has to be placed 2-meters
away from the main construction area. Specific
warning signs will also set to notify the public about
the danger the construction could bring. Construction
workers that will work should age from 18 years and
above to secure legality among them.
