 Logistics management is the part of supply chain

management that plans, implements and
controls the efficient, effective forward, and
reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and
related information between the point of origin and
the point of consumption in order to meet
customer's requirements.
 The definition includes the inbound, outbound,
internal, external movements and the return of
material.

What is E-Logistics?

E-logistics is defined to be the mechanism of automating

logistics processes and providing an integrated, end-to-end
fulfillment and supply chain management services to the
players of logistics processes. Those logistics processes
that are automated by e-Logistics provide supply chain
visibility and must be part of existing e-Commerce systems
in an enterprise.

Thế giới:
• Dự đoán năm 2020, By 2020, lực lượng lao động “millennials" sẽ chiếm hơn
50% tổng lực lượng lao động.
• Kỹ năng và tư duy đột phát sẽ là yếu tố tiên quyết trong tương lai.
• Sự phát triển vượt bậc của công nghệ sẽ thay đổi cách thức làm việc.

Việt Nam:
• Luôn có sự chênh lệch lớn giữ ‘cung và cầu’ nguồn nhân lực.
• Riêng với ngành Logistics: Chưa theo kịp tiến bộ phát triển của Logistics
